16th International Conference on Silicon Carbide and Related Materials

From October 4-9, 2015, the International Conference on Silicon Carbide and Related Materials will be held in Giardini Naxos, Italy.

The large scale event brings together researchers and engineers from the domain of electronics devices technology based on silicon carbide (SiC) and related materials.

Recent advances in the fields of material properties, new materials grown on SiC, device fabrication techniques, device applications, device physics and many more will be presented and discussed.
