Changing the game in the management of Indoor Air Quality – Special Session at Indoor Air 2016

September 17, 2015

Together with its partner project IAQSense, the SENSIndoor consortium will host a special symposium during next year’s Indoor Air conference.

The symposium with the title “Changing the game in the management of Indoor Air Quality – Real time monitoring for improved health, comfort and energy efficiency” will include discussions about key contaminants relevant for indoor air quality assessment. The goal is to explore and present solutions to the reduction of these key contaminants in order to achieve healthy buildings with the added benefit of greatly reduced energy consumption. Special emphasis will be put on new developments for Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) sensors developed both within SENSIndoor and IAQSense.

The Indoor Air Conference is a regular flagship event hosted by the International Society of Indoor Air Quality and Climate (ISIAQ). The large scale event brings together experts from the whole indoor air quality and climate community. The 2016 conference will take place from 3-8 June, 2016, in Ghent, Belgium. Further information about the conference schedule will be provided in due time.
